Taking Bookings for HOME Tour 2017 Now!

After our successful 2016 tour of HOME we're happy to announce that we're preparing for another tour for Summer 2017! We're on the look out for venues, festivals, town centres and anyone who may be interested in hosting Hikapee for a day or two!

If you are interested in having HOME visit you next year, please drop us an email at hikapeetheatre@gmail.com and we'll be happy to send you our production pack and start a conversation.

HOME is a new outdoor circus theatre performance that explores ideas of home, homelessness and our intrinsic desire to find a place we can call our own.

This family orientated show weaves together slapstick comedy with breathtaking aerial and acrobatics, and culminates in the creation of a 'house' - an open structure and installation for the audience to enter and explore.

We have joined forces with Roland Smith, Founder and Artistic Director of Theatre Delicatessen, Production Designer Saz Moir, Lighting Designer Sarah Readman, Production Manager Clare Fitzsimons and performers Rachel Entwistle Rebecca Rennison.

HOME has been produced with the support of Theatre Delicatessen and with Grants For The Arts funding from Arts Council England. We were originally commissioned by The Lyric Hammersmith, Latitude Festival, Greenwich+Docklands International Festival and Watford Palace Theatre to tour HOME to all these venues for Summer 2016. We have also received support in kind from Hangar Arts Trust, AirCraft Circus and Rose Bruford College.
